Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
All subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are charged in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial or unused periods.
2. Free Trial
Each paid subscription includes a 30-day free trial. Customers are encouraged to evaluate the service during the trial period before making a payment.
3. Notification Tokens
Purchases of tokens for notifications (SMS, email, push) are final and non-refundable once credited to the customer’s account.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate charges
- Technical errors resulting in service unavailability
- Incorrect plan purchase, reported within 14 days
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without prior contact may result in suspension of the customer’s account.
