Welcome to BookOn360! This guide will help you easily discover and book the best beauty and wellness services in your area.

Step 1: Access the Catalog

Open the BKN360 website or app. You will be greeted by the main page, where you can start your search.

Step 2: Choose a Service Category

Browse the list of popular service categories such as:

  • SPA
  • YOGA
  • NAIL (Salons)
  • BARBER
  • MASSAGE
  • PILATES
  • CYCLING
  • MORE… (Click here to see even more types of businesses)

Simply click on the category that matches the service you are looking for.

Step 3: Enter Your Location

In the search bar labeled “Where?”, type in your city, address, or zip code.

  • The search will activate after you type a minimum of 3 characters.
  • Use the dropdown suggestions to select your location accurately (e.g., United States, New York, New York).

Step 4: Start Your Search

Click the “SEARCH” button. The catalog will now display a list of top-rated businesses that match your selected service category and location.

Step 5: Browse and Filter Results

You will see a list of providers, like the “Newly added businesses” shown in the example. For each business, you can see:

  • Business Type (e.g., Barbershop)
  • Full Address
  • You can further refine your search using filters (like rating, price, or availability) if available on the platform.

Step 6: Review Provider Profiles

Click on a business that interests you to view its detailed profile. Here you can:

  • Read verified reviews from real customers.
  • View their portfolio of work.
  • Check their ratings to ensure they match your style and expectations.

Step 7: Book Your Appointment

Once you’ve found the perfect provider:

  1. Select your desired service, date, and time.
  2. Confirm your booking. The process is designed to be simple, quick, and stress-free.
  3. You will receive a confirmation for your appointment.

Step 8: Share Your Experience

After your appointment, you can return to BookOn360 to:

  • Rate your experience.
  • Leave a detailed review to help other users find the best services.

  • Explore by City: You can also browse popular cities directly (like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, etc.) to see top providers in those major areas.
